To my knowledge , they are unrelated..as stated before..they do have similar symptoms,but nothing more

Fibromyalgia has a lot of the same symptoms as multiple sclerosis such as fatigue, pain, tingling and numbness but I am not aware of any studies linking the two diseases.

I don't know if any relationship has been established. I do know many people with MS who were first diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 15 years before I was diagnosed with MS.
Do you have fibromyalgia? Do you have or suspect that you have MS? If so, have you spoken to your doctor about this?
