Photos, ringtones, contacts, videos only. Text messages and games won't.

The only things I've tried to transfer are photos and music. I'm pretty sure you can transfer contacts and ringtones, too. But it depends on what type of ringtone it is.

Yes, everything you mentioned will transfer plus audio and video (depending on which phone you have and how much memory you have, usually 1 or 2GB is good enough)...
