White eye liner?

I use Rimmel's Soft Kohl eyeliner (exact color= pure white) and I love it. A lot cheaper than the MAC eyeliner too.

I know it is old school el cheapo make up, but I swear by Wet n Wild eye pencils and lip liners. Their white eye liner is very soft kohl, goes on easily and lasts well. It also only costs about 0.99 at Walmart K Mart etc. For that price it is at least worth a try!!

MAC and Rimmel are good options, there are more expensive brands, but why spend more?

A good tip for application though, dab the tip in a little water before you apply. This will turn your solid pencil eyeliner into a more liquid form and thus make it last longer.

Pure white can make eyes look bigger and more bright and shiny. Any high quality brand will do (it is important, because you are to apply the product on a very sensitive eye area).

There is a great all natural eyeliner that has the sharpener built in the cap. It's available at CS Cosmetics for less than $ 7.00.

MAC has great white eyeliner. its only about 12 bucks.
