Bloating!!!?

over the last week or so i have had terrible bloating and wind and every day i eat it flares up agian!

HELP!

    I have an illness called gastroparesis and bloating is a big problem. I am not saying you have this sickness, but this is what I do for bloating:

    Since it flares up every day now you need to give your tummy a rest. Stay away from is fried foods. Eat healty for a few days, avoid coffee and acidic foods like tomato sauce. Raw foods like apples, other fruits and veggies hurt also, but cooked versions of these healthy foods do well. Soup is good, and add yogurt to your diet, but read the sugar content, you want to keep it low. Yogurt is good for the digestive tract. You can try an over the counter gas relief product and/or acid reducer if you are having a problem with that. I don't know if dairy bothers you, but be conscience of how you feel after you have a dairy product. You will know if you can tolerate it or not, as with any of the other foods you eat. Like I said, your stomach needs a break then it should be fine. If it continues, even though you watched what you ate, you may want to see a doctor. The people at my local health food store are instrumental in helping me tackle this illness, moreso than the doctor was. They suggested a digestive enzyme which helps me a lot. I am so much better because of it.

    I hear this stuff like this so often. I was diagnosed with IBS and all sorts of stomach issues but the western doctors could never figure it out. (15 of them)

    Please try Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture and Chinese herbs, a good practitioner usually does both).

    TCM healed my allergies to (sugar, wheat, gluten, milk) which caused all sorts of water retention in my hands and feet and tons of bloating. Very uncomfortable. When I ate really bad like, fried food, my face would swell up and break out in open soar rashes.... again, not fun.

    Now I’m bloat, rash and swelling free. (It's been years since I've had these problems after TCM) I found that Western doctors didn’t know what to do with me and always relied on the IBS diagnosis but provided no treatment. TCM doctors will actually help you heal and strengthen your organs which in turn will allow you to eat what you like without blowing up like a balloon but please keep to a healthy diet. The healthier you eat the less they will need to fix.

    if it persists visit your g.p. you may have i.b.s.

    irritable bowel syndrome.

    the bowel flares up at times and you can get treatment for it.

    if you eat fruit, eat it before a meal as it digests fast, so if you eat a meal first,then fruit, it sits on top and ferments, causing bloating. you may just need a simple over the counter remedy for bloating. but if it continues, that is what your g.p. is for.

    try eating healthier foods like fruits and vegetables

    people say that eating only apples for three days straight is very good for you

    and also get involved in physical exercise

    fasting would also be a good idea

    Dont eat for 24 hours. Let it all calm down and dont be a girl lol . GIRLS IF YOU WANT TO FART THEN FART. I dont men in public but my girlfriend wont even fart in a public loo cubical lol now thats just silly

    are you drinking enough water? also lay off the caffeine if you drink it.
