Pancake Mix instead of Bisquik?
What is the difference between pancake mix and Bisquik/biscuit mix? I'd like to make an impossible cheeseburger pie tonight, but all I have is pancake mix. Has anyone ever tried substituting before? Will it turn out all right?

The Bisquick site has all kinds of impossible pies, including a coconut one. Wanted to make their taco pie last week but couldn't for the same reason. I'm going to try one day when noone is home, will let you know if it works.

It's the same, I use Bisquick to make waffles. I like to get your recipe for the cheeseburger pie.

never heard of Bisquik/biscuit mix or impossible cheeseburger pie so i cant answer your question.

No, you would just need some kind of cookie mix for te right consistency. The flavor may be lacking as well.
