Another good one is www.Sailinganarchy.com I regualrly visit these sites and use them in my profession. www.Sailingcrews.com was supposed to be up by now, but as of today it isn't. Check your local yacht club as they usually have poeple needing crews for deliveries. Another option is to call your local Yacht Broker and have your name put on a list as being available for deliveries. I hope this helps
