Whats the best diet plan i can try that will help me lose a quick couple pounds in one week!!! I have a photo shoot coming up so I really can use some GOOD ADVICE.....please leave your negative comments to yourself:)THANKS

1) Avoid Junk Food like pizza,burger
2) Avoid Sweets
3) Avoid Icecreams
4) Avoid Potatoes

do what beyonce did: the lemonade diet
Take a clean one-gallon jug and pour in the following:
3 Quarts of Water
1 Cup Lemon Juice u squeeze from lemons
1 Cup Grade B Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Shake it all up and drink 8-12 glases instead of eating food..
you can also drink laxative tea while you do the lemonade diet
the fast is suppose to last 10 days and you will poop alot but you will lose the pounds
to come off the fast...eat light little things...do this for 3 days and then start the fast again

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 17 inches in 9 days and then 28 pounds in about a month. Umm you can try the grapefruit diet for the week, apparently you can lose lots of weight eating half a grape fruit or a large glass of grapefruit juice with every meal.
I've also heard the milk diet works. so if you drink 3 glasses of lowfat or fat free milk a day you will lose weight.
Don't eat ANY carbs within this week. No bread, pasta, pizza, etc. stick with grilled chicken and brown rice, fruits, veggies, and if you have time do 1 hour of cardio work out every day.

Run as much as you can. And also, eat things will like no carbs, and eat as little fattening foods as you can.
Don't starve yourself.
Still eat, but eat as little high calorie foods, as you can.
Try and maybe eat salad and grilled chicken for a whole week.
NOTE: do this only if you want to lose a couple pounds in a week.

Do any soup diet. The Sacred Heart Diet will help you loose 10-13 lbs. It's mostly water weight, but it really works. Plus, since its mostly all veggies and fruit, it really helps clean you out and you just feel better after.

Arrange to have a 1000 Kcal deficit from your energy requirement per day.
Calculate your B.M.R. add on your calories expended in activities & exercise, take this total & eat 1000 Kcal less
Don't understand the thumb monster, if you don't do this, no matter what you do you wont lose 2lb in a week, 2lb equates to 7000 Kcals = 1000 per day, either don't eat it or burn it off, it is that simple.

i dont really a have a 'diet plan' but what you can do is...
eat low calorie food but NO LESS than 1,500 calories a day, even though you might think starving yourself will make you skinny, it wont your body needs fuel!!
excersise alot, swimming works out every muscle in your body, run, play any kind of sport. do regular things like push-ups, sit-ups, curls etc.
if you feel hungry for junk food find gum or something else to chew on.
and most of all drink lots and lots of water

liquid diet, nothing but liquids (no carbonated drinks, sugary drinks, calorie dense drinks) tomato juice, healthy soy shakes. and eat like a third of a protein bar before you work out so you can trick your body into thinking that it ate a full meal (increase in metabolism). if you want to loose ten pounds of water weight, run with a sauna suit for a mile. my bf uses ones like these:
