most current mobile phones have a built in web browser designed for the phone, since you didnt say what country you where on cant really suggest any phones, i myself use a xda stellar which has a qwerty keyboard great for internet browsing since dont need to reply on the numerical keypad for entering details
or u could do with what the other person said was get a pda/blackburry since these are really good for internet access on the go

The Nokia N95 has wifi capabilities and lets you browse the web on it. I don't know of any way you could use it as a wi-fi adapter for your computer though, if that's what you meant by "connecting to my internet enabled computer"
If that is what you're trying to do, there are loads of USB wifi adapters that you can get really cheaply to do that.

Cell phones are capable of connecting to the internet. You will need to purchase a data adapter from your provider. I don't think you will get very high data rates from this configuration, but you should get around 56Kb per second at least. Not all cell phones have this option available. The configuration will look and feel somewhat like a dialup modem to all applications on your pc.

pda's and blackberrys have wifi, but look at the different models and specifications, using the wifi on them is alot quicker and cheaper, so make sure u r in a wifi hotspot and it will work perfectly fine, be aware of blaces like starbucks and hotels as they chage 4 usin there services

yes. the blackberries can. But the blackberry phone is quite expensive and up to like $600. They are intended for business people but they do have wifi.
