this is really a very boring question about my tooth, it's gone 'numb'? and it's the weirdest feeling EVER! it's kinda itchy, and feels like i need to move it and 'click' it back in to place, even though it hasn't actually moved anywhere? There is no redness, just a small white patch on my gum, i have a dentist app on the 10th march (Blimmin NHS!) any ideas?

Sounds like you need to call the dentist back and get in sooner, you may have an infection.
