Any suggestions on what to take for OTC menopause relief?
I'm out of my HRT and heard it's risky anyway.

There are lots of natural products available online for menopause relief. I wouldn't trust alot of them, but I've heard good things about Menopol and Menozac. My aunt took Menopol and was very happy with it. I think they're both kind of expensive but if you buy in bulk you can get it for alot cheaper.
There's a little information about the two products here: http://www.naturalmenopauserelief.org/menopause-pr...

I also have heard it is risky, but CRAZY is worse than risky.
I concluded 30 years ago when I started taking it (I had a total hysterectomy) that being miserable day in and day out was much worse than taking a chance on what might happen. Now I am 67 and when I try to go off of it, all of the symptoms are still there.
I have been on Premarin and will be until I am in the casket.
I told my Husband to throw the prescription in, just in case.
With out HRT I am so depressed, weepy, paranoid and miserable, it's not worth it. The hot flashes were the easy part.
OK, I have run on enough. Some People have success with ESTROVEN, it is a soy suppliment. Check a health food store for something. When I am running out, I go to every other day and it keeps me sane till I get a refill..

go to google and put in "Peri-Menopause". There is a great group devoted to all the help you'll need. They answer questions and post suggestions. Good luck.
