i keep getting a box that is for dial up connection it won't go away how can i get rid of it?

sometimes it has a cancel bar but it dosen't seem to matter

    go to internet options, click the tab for connections, check the button that says "never dial a connection" also you made need to uninstall any other dial up providers programs that you aren't using.

    First know exactly what is written in the box.

    Click on start. In the start search box that opens type in msconfig

    If you get a continue box, click it.

    When the configuration box comes up, click the services tab. Look for it in there, about 100 items to look through. If you find it, uncheck the box. If not there, click the start up tab and look in there.

    when this appears, usually your broadband connection is not connected, so wait until you broadband connection is connected then press cancel.
