I need to lose weight HELP !!?

I am 15 years old and i weigh 11 stone. my mum is getting worried cause i am putting on weight. If you know any great diets please suggest some !!

    lay off the snacks.. exercise (cardio and muscle building) at least 1 hour per 2 days and eat alot of fruits, don't eat alot of fried foods(have your meals boiled, steamed or ovened... )weightwatcher's yogurt & kellog's strawberry yogurt cereal are really good =) for body and taste. ^^ Try eating alot of avacados- they're the # 1 healthiest fuit in the world & a great way to get thin.. oh and make an exact time for your meals. changing your eating time is not really great for your health. ***French people stay skinny by eating little portions in each meal and snacks between breaks.-IT REALLY WORKS!!plus it increases your metabolism ~Japanese people stay skinny by eating alot of fish (sushi=YUM)- has alot of omega 3 fatty acids...don't have too much salt and if you want to fry something, use olive oil!!! and on your salads don't overuse the dressings... ^^ GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR DIET!!! <33

    try the 1500 calories a day diet and exercise for 30 minutes a day.

    Eat off that food pyramid thingy..if ur picky adn dont like some of that food, try a v8 lol... and try working out 20 minutes a day, preferably 3-4 days a week. try cardivascular stuff, like running.

    Just try to get some exercise like walk or ride you bike everywhere. You can also try counting calories. Try limiting yourself to 1200 per day and you'll drop about a half kilo a week

    first off i just went to a dietician and she told me that i need

    6-serving of whole breads/wheat/macoroni(servings are about one piece of bread/ half a cup of macoroni?

    as many fruits and veggies as i want

    5-6 oz of meat-your palm(notyour fingers, but palm)is 3 oz.

    eggs and peanut butter count here

    3 servings of milk/yogurt

    and 30-45 minutes of aerobic exercise a day

    then 20 minutes resistance training afterward(weights)

    i used billy blanks to lose wieght i lost 60 lbs in 6 months it works great they are just a bunch of videos were you do a cardio taebo type of workout for the diet just try to cut out sweet and fried foods and watch out for the amount of calories you eat

    and it works for me

    i in great shape and not yet 100 lbs..

    go to www.caloriesperhour.com and calculate the amount of calories you need and start counting calories. and burn them through running atleast 30 mins a day. good luck! :)

    Get off the computer and walk an hour a day.
