i heard frequent swimming, chlorines can make pores clog the skin and make hair drier...any solution?

i have more blackheads on my nose areas, even using shampoo for washing chlorines does not help either..any one has any solution?

Update:

I swim on alternate days in the evening for health and to keep fit. So I am worried about my skin, i have more blackhead. Silicon swimming cap doesnt help, my hair still wet. Did i put my cap wrongly? Do i still need to put on moisturiser and/or Sunblock before swimming?

the blackheads could be from the chlorine drying out your skin. in that case, as soon as you get out of the pool, wash your face right away and put on a good moisturizer.

something i discovered that protected my hair while swimming at the pool or the beach was to put baby oil in my hair. just put a few drops of oil in the palm of your hands and run it through your hair until all of your hair is very lightly coated (put as much oil as needed for whatever type of hair you have). shampoo whenever you come out of the pool. not only does the oil protect your hair but shampooing your hair after you oiled it makes it luxurious and soft and shiny.

idk about the blackheads, but for hair, when you're going out, actually use those showers pools have before you get out there. and then just soak your hair in that water so it wont absorb as much chlorine in the pool. also, try tying your hair in a ponytail when you go swimming. and you should bring some shampoo to the pool so when you're done you could wash the chlorine out of your hair right away .
