If I don't get a 1099 for my web design freelance work, do I still have to file it online?
I'm doing my taxes with taxcut online (hrblock). I've did freelance web design work and I've put down that I've used my home as a home office and that I used my computer as the place to do my freelancing on. Now I didn't get a 1099, but taxcut is asking for stuff on the 1099 that I don't have. Any help?
I can barely or at all can keep up with receipts, so I don't know how much i made, but I can estimate in my head that I think made about $600 for the whole year.

Whether you receive a 1099 or not you still must claim the income. Go back through the interview section where it asks about income. It will ask about self-employment income and will ask if you have any 1099s or not. Just answer the questions properly and it will walk you through the process properly.

Add up all the money you were PAID to do web design work. This is the income you are reporting, whether or not you got a 1099-Misc for it.

you can find more information by signing up for this site. I find work on it, and freelance myself out as a Telemarketer and Data Entry.

They have tax information for the freelancer as well.
