One way to draft a terms of service (TOS) is to look at TOS on other websites. You can use those as a guideline.

However, other TOS may not be geared for your particular website. It really depends on what you want to accomplish, what state you're in, what kind of service your website provides, and other factors. You may consider speaking to an attorney who can draft up a TOS geared to your specific website.
