Its nice when you have a choice between two good things that you like. If I were you though I'd do the weight training because it will make you a better athlete in everything, from basketball to golf actually. You can find spare time for golf. Its a great sport but it does not build your body. At 14 you might not be aware of this yet but females do like guys with good bodies so...a word to the wise, right?

Golf is a waste of time, no offense.
Do weight training because you actually get something in return for the hard work--Strength, a nice body, and durability. Weight training will also help you with basketball.
You should stick to golf only for fun and on special occasions. Focus on basketball. You'll benefit more from it and weight training.

squats, bench press, bicep curls, and tricep extensions. Do each of these exercises for 3 sets of 10 repetitions. Also, add in some exercises that require standing and any movement that resembles a golf swing. This will help you strengthened the muscles used when you're golfing. Also, running, swimming, biking, etc will help too.
