What is the best place for a romantic Valentine's Day dinner in San Francisco?

Price and cuisine type do not matter but I don't have two weeks to wait for a reservation!

If you're a souffle fan then it just HAS to be Cafe Jacqueline. Cozy, intimate, romantic and AMAZING souffles! (Share the Grand Marnier souffle for dessert!)

V-day is one of the times that you pretty much have to plan ahead. Most of the romantic restaurants are full despite jacking prices up for "romance" meals.

Le Colonial on Cosmo place [between sutter and post and between Jones and Taylor] serves Vietnamese food and great drinks in a lush interior with lots of plants and intimate nooks.

Farallon at 450 Post is a great seafood restaurant that is like eating in an undersea garden.

Cortez – in the Adagio hotel 550 Geary – creative California small plates $$$

Millennium – in the Savoy Hotel 580 Geary - vegan food that will amaze even confirmed carnivores. For V-day they often do a aphrodisiac menu.

Boulevard on Mission at Stuart serves great food in a beautiful art nouveau interior. It can be a bit on the loud side, but still romantic.
