After a good cry, I make myself some hotchocolate with a shot of Bailey's in it and go to sleep. The next day, things seem better and I just roll with the punches having faith that things will turn out all right.

There is a voice in your head that constantly tells you that you can't, you aren't good enough and it's too much.

Find a way to crush the voice and anything is possible. I live my life by that slogan, and it has gotten me very far in life.

i just take a time out and try to remember something that made me smile. if that doesn't work i take a nap.

  • all the time, but for some reason i keep driving on. i think it is a basic human instinct to keep driving on; to survive.

  • i pull my head out..

    and am without one doubt.

    don't wanna be down hear,

    soothing my narcissism...

    i must crucify the ego,

    before its far too late.

i pray the light lifts me out...

    before i pine away...

  • just go on, there really is no alternative.
