Would you like your writings online for all to read?

I am happy that you are making a site like this but it also may be dangeroues. People everywhere are looking for a way to make money and I must warn you that they might steal your stories and publish them. I hope this never happens to you but it might. It would be great if you could make a member log in or something like that.

There are actually already sites that do this, and in a more organized, professional manner.. You should also be very careful. When you ask, on an open forum, for strangers online to send you their unpublished works, you open yourself up to huge liability. which makes me wonder; Have you gotten together some well known literary reviewers, former editors, or successful authors from each of the genres that you mentioned, that are willing to pre-read for you? If you really want to do this, I would recommend that as a place to start. Also you should seek out resources online that explain the legal wording etc that you will need to write yourself out a proper disclaimer. Good luck to you.

Sounds like a very good,long overdue idea. let me know when you're up and running.I think we can use a site that doesn't require that you read a few other manuscripts to help out other authors,begging or otherwise,but some sites inumdate you with manuscripts and you can't give them the time and attention they deserve, Voting is a great idea as well

I think that's a great idea! There are a few of those out there, but they're not all free. My sisters and I love to write stories and it would be fun to have them published online! Go for it!

ooh man i wud love that. awesome! i am currently writing a story and i wud love to submit it that is one good idea. i bet its gon b big if u get the word out. please when u pick the best answer or something give us the website, if u make it of course.

Absolutely not. Why would anyone want to do that when it almost guarantees them that they can never publish them? Are you using contracts? What rights are you taking? No thanks, I sell my stories. Pax-C
