Why do soccer players do a twisting motion near their ear after scoring? Why do they rock a baby motion too?

Update:

Not the 1 finger twisting motion meaning crazy/weird. I mean twisting motion w/ the whole hand/all 5 fingers.

The twisting motion near their ear - "crazy" signal

Rock a baby motion - the player just recently became a father

The rock baby motion started Worldcup 94 with Bebeto who at that time just had a new baby. Now every player does it when they have a new born.

Rocking the baby started with Brazil I think. A player scored who had just had a baby and everyone followed.
