About 3/4 down the page it lists a bunch of testing sites and their phone numbers. You'll probably have to call around a bit to find out if any of them are open on Sat. night.

There are usually no places on a Saturday evening you can get tested (besides a self test kit such as OraSure or OraQuick Advance), although the city's Health Dept. offered testing on Saturday night in a mobile clinic at last year's pride festival.
The Jefferson County Health Department's
Specialty STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) Clinic is at 850 Barret Avenue Suite #301 (Barret & Breckinridge) and has hours of 10am-5:30pm on Mondays and 8am-4pm Tuesdays through Fridays. Their phone# is (502)574-6699 but they accept walk-ins and offer anonymous testing.
