    You've gotta tell them the truth, say you're flattered/appreciate the approach, but you're not looking for a relationship at the moment.

    Rather the truth than tagging him/her along.

    Just let them know that you aren't interested in a realationship at the moment, but you really appreciate him asking.

    just say that you don't want to be in a relationship right now...... a guy told me that once.... and i accepted it and moved on.....
