What program do you use for transferring pics/videos from your phone to your PC?

I use Data Pilot and was wondering if anyone else trouble with it too. I have to re-install it each time I use it.

Why not just use ActiveSync? I think it works well specially if using Windows.

If you're not on Windows and on the Mac or Linux platform please just update your question. It also has great options.

Also, just the DRAG and DROP approach works wonders for these types of files from your My Computer (in windows) or GO/COMPUTER (in Mac) or similar approach and treating the device as a USB interface in any operating system.

This uses the device just like you would any USB stick or USB hard drive. It will manage the files just as well. Try this without the aide of any expensive program. ;-)

    It works very well.

    Sincerely,

I use Data Pilot too, without trouble. The phone is read like a hard drive in "my computer".

Sounds like you have a software compatability issue.
