How do I delete ARP cache on my computer, so I can fix my internet connection?

i assume you have xp (vista is similar)

go to control panel --> network connections --> right click your internet connection and hit disable

wait about 15 seconds to a minute and then right click teh connection and hit enable

arp cache cleared and your internet connection reset

in windows:

start->run

type: arp -d *

and press enter

try also to release your dhcp address if you have one, by

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew
