All sections are clearly marked - so navigation is logical.
Dislaimer is very clear, easy to understand, helpful links
Maybe you can make it more visually appealing - graphics, colours, etc

one thing though, for the navigation bar at the top, wouldnbt it be better if you had all the genres on the bottom (or top) and the links faq and stuff on the top (or bottom)
