Cat and Mouse with CB radio?

I used to play a game of cat and mouse about 5 or more of us (with CBs ) would meet somewhere and chose a "seeker" everyone gets a 15 minute head start.

As the seeker finds people they have help find the rest of the hidden cars

we had a few rules :

1) you have to obey all traffic laws

2) where you were hidden had to be in sight of a usable road (keeps the 4 wheel drives honest)

3) before everyone scattered there was a boundry you had to stay inside of a 5 MI radius.

does anyone else do this?

Update:

yeah sorry I forgot to include the key up rule

also taunting was encouraged

Update 2:

ther was only one time we played for money

(everyone put in $5)

we had a guy that hid on the main drag by puting numbers on his windshield at a car dealer it was great

I played for about six months in Chico, CA.

You had to give a clue every five minutes. Only three clues, and then key the microphone when asked so people could check their meters.
