Fast Cash Loan? Stupid Move.?
I took out a Personal Loan from a company called Apple Fast Cash Personal Loans. I know stupid assss move and now I'm paying for it. I was making weekly payments to them until they started increasing the amount they took out from my account and overdrafted me. I had to close my account. Now I got a call at my new job from a "debt collector" from them. He said pay the money or else. When I said or else what don't call me to threaten me and he responded "You are not dictating anything" and when I asked how he got my number his response was "Apparently you pissed someone off enough for them to tell me how to track you down" He was cursing at me demanding to pay the money. I told him I can pay the money but it will take a little while longer about 3 weeks and his response was "And what do you expect me to do, sit on my asssss and wait for you to pay me" I KNOW! this is not legal ... HELP what can I do?

well first of all, debt collectors play the "bad guy good guy" thing with people. And Its so awful the way they talk to you. I had a similar problem with Amex. and I wasn't being a bad person, I just had a few bumps in my life as we all do as human beings.
When you tell them to NOT call you and your job anymore, they have a legal obligation to do so. And they can't just take however amount they want to out of your account. You might want to get some legal advice. Remember, first consultations are usually free so make sure you ask that.

No they are not allowed to threaten you or curse at you...
Get a payment address... if you don't own them very much... I would pay what I owe by mailing payment.
Say you owe them 500...
send them like 100 bucks a week or every 2 weeks or how every you want.. and end it at that.
I didn't think they were allowed to call you at work..
You could call the attorney general and ask them...
I would think they were only allowed to take a set payment out of your account....
it can get messy as with any debt you owe and shady collections...
You need to call him and tell him... I will pay this much on this basis... do not give them anymore account information and only send checks or money orders and keep your receipts or returned checks.

You'll be able to instanly find a quick payday loan as much as $1000 using this site: http://loans.servermatrix.org/ I acquired my payday loan even though I had a very bad credit history.
