Do you believe in December/May relationships?

Valentine's Day is upon us and today my best friend married a man who is in his 20s and she is in her late 30s. They are going strong, 2 years now.

Please no bad jokes about the age gap and she is not an old goat or hag. Nice person and I know age is not a factor. So how can I get on the bandwagon with her? I would not mind a younger man. I am in my early 30s.

Any advice? I would not mind having a young Don Juan who is over 23 years old. Any comments?

Update:

Mr. "G" - Thank you for your honest opinion on this. Because in some cases, God already has a path for you to walk on and you may need to let him lead you on your journey.

My advice to you is to not ....yes, I said "NOT" to look for a man to fall in love with. That is your problem. Love will find you when you least expect it. This might sound like I don't know what I'm talking about, but it's true. When you are at the store or walking around in your neighbor hood there might be a man, who likes what he sees and will come up to you and give you a compliment. I have seen it happen before. Just continue doing what you do everyday and when love is in the air, you will know it. Don't worry about your age. Let nature take its course.....even if you think it's been to long already.

God Bless You and don't worry about it.

Such relationships are the longest lasting, as they are based upon mutual compatibility, rather than looks, or such. One I had lasted 20 years. Get a younger guy...or an older one. Marry an older one, keep him happy, and when he dies take the insurance, etc, and find a younger guy, and marry him.

That sounds nice, most men, younger than women need to be very mature. Hope it works out for you : )
