How to play videos in slow motion?
I have vista now, and can no longer put videos in slow motion on movie maker because the sound now only plays slower, rather than having the deep funny voice im looking for, because the new version wont do that anymore.
is there any way i can get movie maker to do this again on the new version, or is there an old version i can download that will work on vista, or any other software which will allow me to do so?

I have the media player classic and with it I can increase or decrease the speed. There are even shortcut keys for this. CTRL+up & CTRL+down.
There is no install with this. Its a stand alone player.

SMPlayer, is a new multimedia player. It uses the award-winning MPlayer as engine, so it´s able to play the most known video & audio formats without the need of external codecs: avi, mkv, ogm, mpeg, vob, 3gp, asf, mov, wmv, mp3, ogg... You can also play DVD discs and Internet streams.
