Yes, thats been said. because the nature of a person, his thinking reflects on his face. Always be pure in your thinking, be pious and stay away from evil thoughts. Watch good things.

Take Allah's names blow it on your palm and move it all over your face... it just feels good.

Like after offering salat during Ramadan, sometimes we cry alot, we just be in sajood for many minutes to please Allah and later.. when we see our face in the mirror we see a different look on our face which is soft and glowing.

So its all about your inner reflection on your face~! :)

EVER SINCE I STARTED MY IBADAH ON MY OWN WILL WITHOUT THE FORCE OF MY PARENTS WITH MY SANE MIND AND INTELLIGENCE PROBBABLY WHEN I WAS 12 I HAD BEEN GOING THROUGH THE SAME QUEST AND QUENCH OF RELATIONSHIP WITH ALLAH ALMIGHTY AND THIS QUESTION AROSE IN MY MIND FOR A WHILE UNTILL I DISCOVERED THAT I WAS BLESSED BY ALLAH SWT IN THE FORM OF NOOR WHICH I COULD LITERALLY FEEL ON MY BODY IN MY EYES MY FACE WOULD GLOW TO THE EXTENT THAT MY PARENTS THOUGHT IM HAVING YELLOW FEVER WHICH I NEVER HAD THOSE WERE THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE WHEN I LITERALLY FELT LIKE THE SPIRIT DO CO-EXIST WITHIN MY BODY OTHER THAN MY CONCIOUS SCENCE(THE BRAIN

IM 25 NOW AND ALLTOGHETHER WITH THE HIGH LOW UPS AND DOWNS OF IMAN IVE FELT THIS STATE 7-8 TIMES WHICH INCLUDES 2 TIMES AFTER MY ETEKAF

NOW HOW DOES THIS WORKS ITS PRETTY SIMPLE NEVER LEAVE A FARD(SALAH,ROZA/SAWM),ALWAYS PERFORM THE SUNNAH(QURAN RECITATION,DUROOD),TRY AS MUCH NAFIL YOU CAN,AVOID FROM THE KABEERAH GUNNAH,AVOID ALL KINDS OF SAGHEERA GUNAH(ESPECIALLY SWEARING,ANGER,LOOKING LUSTFULLY TO THE OPPOSITE SEX AND YES KEEP YOUR THINKING POSITIVE AND CLEAN,JUDGE THE TEMPTATIONS OF THE DEVIL AND ACT ACCORDINGLY

One get Noor on his/her face who follows the commands of Allah and teachings of Prophet Mohammad SAW and

general teachings of Islam including five times prayes and

giving from halal income to the needy.

This is not something you can buy in a shop even those it has no price. It cannot be worked for because thats not the point.

Its given by Allah as a blessing.

& I agree, if you fast as well. I remember during Ramadan time, I was so shocked at how clean & pure my face was....but now its a different story lol....
