Do you have phobias, anxieties or quirks that other people give you a hard time for?

I am the same way..one time at work years ago the elevator would not open for what seem like a life time but, it was only for about a few mins..OMG i felt like i had no air and i could not breathe and my heart was beating fast and going crazy and it was so scary..I have a hard time getting in them now..and i was alone on the elevator ..

Yeah, I got in a car crash when I was like 12 and I am still freaked out if I am in a vehicle and we slide the tiniest bit. My dad gets annoyed and always asks me why I don't trust him....but I do. I am emetiphobic (afraid of throwing up) and my parents get annoyed cause I am always checking expiration dates and stuff like that.

i am scared of going down in my dark basement. But i have a reason to be scared. Here's the story: One time i wanted to go down in the basement to get some ramen noodles, i went to the bottom of the stairs and noticed that the door down there was closed so i went back upstairs and asked my mom why that door was closed and she said she didnt know, and then i went and asked my sister if she closed the door and she said that she did close the door when she went down there for something. So i go down the basement hesitantly. This time i went to go turn on the light and just before i did that. Someone said "HEY" and it was my brothers friend. (Now the lights werent on so all i could see was his shadow.)When i heard that i started screaming and then i turned around and saw him and i screamed more. Then he was like sorry, sorry i knew i would scare you and sorry for scaring you. Then i was like shaking and i ran back upstairs. I later asked my sister and she said that she had made that she had went down there just to get me to leave. So anyways know i freak out just to look down at the basement in the dark.

yes......i have this HUGE fear of going into my garage at night alone....so bad i walk in and have a panic attack....i feel like someones watching me and are going to kill me or they are in my car or even under it....omg.......well anyways.....my family are total creeps about it......they tell me nothings going to happen and i have to get over it.......so when im forced to go in for some reason i come back in with tears racing down my face and they dont say a word.......when i buy my own house i dont want a garage

OMG! i hate it when people crack their knuckles! for some reason when someone does that i want to barf. Its like i think that the bone is going to pop out or whatever. anyways yes people do do that just to annoy me!

lol....every one in some way have these problems....mine has to do with my feet and them touching the ground or the work place floor....because of the things people do in public...ooh and people can not touch my feet either...or if i am in lip flops i carry baby wipes with me so if it feels dirty to me i can wash them so yea i guess you can say its a phobia but my fiencee thinks i am nuts...oh yea and my kids or other people can not put heir feet on me either...lol...but every one has some thing they have peves or phobias about them...
