STRAWBERRY MARBLED CHEESECAKE
Crust:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
Cheesecake:
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
10 ounces frozen strawberries (thawed), in syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
Puree strawberries and cornstarch in blender. Heat in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened, then cool. Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Bake at 350 F. for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour half of the batter over the crust then add half of the strawberry mixture by spoonfuls to the batter. Pour remaining batter into the pan then add the remaining strawberry mixture by spoonfuls. Swirl the mixture with a knife until it resembles a marbled effect. Bake at 300 F. for 50-60 minutes or until set. Allow cheesecake to cool then remove from rim of pan. Chill overnight before serving.

Strawberry jam cheesecake.
A box of (whole) grounded grahm crackers.
5 cups of all purpose flour.
4 cubes of fresh goat cheese (I like it straight for the goat)
1 oz of berry cream cheese, light.
1 tbsp of vanilla extract.
4 whipped eggs (brown)
7 cups of brown sugar
6 cups of berries (your choice, black berries=love!)
Mix all ingrediants together (not the gram crackers though) with eltric mixer. Then get a pan and spray PAM! onto it. Now put your grahm crackers on to the cake sheet/pan. Press down til firm, preheat oven to 145 degrees and pop your cake sheet in it for ten minutes. Now you'll see the golden brown to crisp up from the grahm crackers. After 10 minutoes, you are going to add you baking batter onto the cakesheet and preheat oven to 456 degrees and bake for 60 minutes.
This cheese cake will taste so much different from your other cheesecake, but let me tell you this is amazing! Hope I helped, and to make it taste better use 3 tbsp of nicely juiced toe jam! Goat cheese and cream cheese will make the cake nice and moist-Marty Jean B.

Go to Foodnetwork.com and search up Barefoot Contessa's Raspberry Cheesecake. It's plain cheesecake with a raspberry topping you can make for it, so if you don't like raspberries, you can keep it plain. Whenever I make it, everyone raves over it and it's not too difficult to make. It's SOOO good!

Buy Philadelphia cream cheese & use the recipe inside the box. It's the best! Then put cherries or strawberries on top.
