Yeah true and its alarming that it would become extinct very soon unless the authorities are geared up to tackle the poachers. In many a cases there are very few policing being done on reserves and poachers have a free hand... shocking but this was shown this week in CNN-IBN or Times Now.
To give you a funny answer just to lighten the mood.....
Arm the tigers to fight the poachers... hehehe

Why, you ask? Well, it all comes down to money. Declawing is a big profit maker for vets, and as long as we all want money, then vets will declaw, sad to say. The fact that the AVMA is opposed to declawing doesn't take the profit out of it. In the same way that some vets will push every vaccine under the sun every year to their clients (in spite of the fact that the AVMA and AAFP recommend vaccines every three years, and then only the FVRCP and rabies vaccines) many vets offer special "declaw and alter" packages to their clients. All vets are entitled to make money, but some seem to do this at the expense of the patients that they are supposed to be helping. And vets don't see the bad effects of declawing - those cats that develop issues post-mutilation go to the shelter, and not back to the vet.

Simple. Wear the skin of a tiger. Walk like a tiger in a jungle with a hidden rifle and some crackers. When a poacher points to shoot you thinking of a tiger, remove your rifle and shoot the poacher rather! When a tiger/tigress approaches you, just burst two/three crackers and climb over a tree.

we can protect our national animal.but one thing we must know first what is happening really...... why the tigers has been extincting...... if we know the problem first the solution will be very easy.by scientifically also we can rise the numbers of that species like by the methods of genetic engineering we can produce 1000s of tigers ok.
