IT''s grate!, i soppurt Publik Educashion...

but, seriously, it is really a case of getting what you pay for here, I suffered through public schools, whilst being a genius, I found it plain and boring, private schools are the way to go, just ask my kids!, keeps them amused, but pick the right ones, and you'll do well, all major cities have good choices, so just don't stray too far from surburbia, and you'll be happy with what you find.

It depends were you go to school in australia, some places have average education and some have really high education and that goes the same with price ranges it can start as cheap as peanuts and go up to as expensive as a car, you just find the right school for you, eg- catholic, public, art, dance etc.

my term fees are term 1 - over $1000, term 2 - over $600, term 3 - over $600 and term 4 is free, but i still have to pay for stationary and books also uniform etc.

    i hope this helps.

No it's reasonably cheap, and it really depends on the school rather than whole system whether it's good.

public schools are funded by the government so all you have to spend money on is books/uniform and such...

private schools on the other hand range in price...some are more expensive than others...but all are basically a rip off.
