Is Alli Simms related by blood to Britney Spears?

What's the deal with this leech? I constantly hear that she is Britney's cousin but she seems to be more of a media hog searching for anybody famous to get her 15 minutes (which has been long over)! This girl really needs to get a life of her own!!
