Worst : Flavor of Love ( but at least it's better than I Love New York)

Best for me is LOST....I also am into the reality shows, survivor, big brother, america's next top model

The worst would be American Idol...that show is done and just plain boring now, and the cheesy super fake reality shows that they sometimes throw on tv...like the now done crowned.
