is it 2 much? not enough?

so i started working out the schedule goes like this

20 push ups

15 leg lifts

15 leg stretches

20 crunches

20 sit ups

20 reverse sit ups

20 squats

70 of the side twisting things

70 of the side crunches

is that enough not enough i don't know really how this works just tryin to lose weight

what would u recommend?

    It's a fairly good workout to start with to tone muscle and build a bit of strength.

    However, to lose weight it needs more cardio in it. Try skipping for 5-10 minutes, or a short run etc

    Now to your question: I would say take out some exercises and their numbers with other exercise. For example take the 20 reverse sit ups out and do 40 sit ups. take 20 crunches out and do 40 push ups because it makes it easier to do them. Or you will get tired really soon because of frequent movement of all the body parts.

    You may want to add in a little bit of jogging, that would be some good cardio.

    id say it sounds good, but if you want to lose more wieght you have to burn more calories. id say you need to add some cardio to that work out. but what youre doing will totally tone you.
