Is there any way of getting the word VIDEO removed off the INPUT Screen when recording vhs to dvd?

Update:

The DISPLAY button doesn't do it.

    Hi srbyn1,

    Sure, look on your remote for a button that says "display" or "info". Press it and the "video" should disappear.

    There should be a display button on the remote. If you push that button, it should scroll through various displays (including VIDEO) and finally show nothing on the screen. Hope that works.
