No worries man, you will be fine. Just, when you get in the crowd, hold your mom and your friend's hand at all times.

Although I reccomend that you just go to Ozzfest 2008 instead.

It's probably your first concert. It will be overwhelming. It might even freak you out :)! Don't sweat, you'll be fine.

    Good luck!

P.S. Don't let some of the other answerers freak you out. I've been to some crazy *** Heavy Metal concerts with A TON of drunk adults. I was with nothing but my friends (I snuck out hahah) when I was only 13. You will be FINE! I promise. I've been to one where we were the youngest there, and everyone is nice. Just have a good attitude and everyone will be nice to you.

P.S.S REMEMBER people will be nice to you if your nice to them. If you're an asshole, your bound to get beat up. Don't let the mosh pits scare you either. It's just playing around.

-If you get stuck in a crowd or mosh pit, and you want out, and have a hard time, just bring your hands up towards your head so your elbows stick out. People will get out of your way. They don't like elbows, trust me.

-If you lose your mom, leave the crowd and go somewhere away from the stage and crowd, go somewhere where they are selling refreshments or something, and just stay there. Your mom will come find you.

-Link arms, hold hands, and don't let go for anything. It might annoy people, and if they get pissed at you just have your mom explain to them that it's your first concert (it's NOT nerdy! It might be nerdy at school or something, but at a concert, people prefer to know it's your first concert, so they know to take it easy on you.) Once people know it's your first show they will be more then happy to help you at if you need it. My first concert was with my mom, and I was kind of ahead of her by 3 rows, and she couldn't get up with me, so she just told one guy to keep an eye on me and he was MORE THEN HAPPY to help me out when I had a hard time.

-If violence starts up, and you lose your group, just find a big guy that looks friendly and willing to help you out. Try not to choose a guy with a girlfriend (girls get jealous)

-Turn to guys for help, instead of girls if you can help it. Girls are more bitchy.

-If someone tries something "cute" with you, your friend, or your mom (sexual like slaps your but or touches you) find a big man, that's grown UP, (not a teenager, please) and tell them. They will open up a can of whoopass on whatever asshole did it.

-Bring cell phones. And since it will be loud you wont be able to hear the ringtone, so keep it in your POCKET on VIBRATE. So you will feel it. If anyone get's lost just dial their number.

    :)

Source(s): I used to like bands like My Chemical Romance. I've even seen them once. I go to a lot of concerts. Which would explain why I'm currently broke :| Hope you have fun.

well, i went to a My Chemical Romance concert when i was thirteen, but we didnt have floor seats. But I did go to an Alexisonfire concert, and floor seats. My dad just sat on the seats, while me and my friend went down to the floor. My dad was cool about it, and we definetly didn't get lost. We had cell phones with us at all times, so it was awesome. We also went up to the bleachers every hour or so, just so that my dad made sure we were okay, don't worry, you wont' get lost, just stay to the sides, OUT of the mosh pits haha.

    hi,

having gone to a my chem concert only recently i recommend you try to stay up the front of the barriers if you don't wanna get lost. if not that stay towards the outside of the mosh or you'll get squashed and perhaps lost !!

asides from that its not too hard to rellocate someone once you've lost them, just arrange a meeting place for afterwards just in case!

I hope you enjoy your concert, my chemical romance are great live!!

    Good luck have fun!! =]

Well, if u go to the mosh pit, there's a good chance you'll get lost but it's LOTS OF FUN!

If u really do want, to stay close to ur mom, u could probably hold a handphone with u at all times so u can get connected with ur mom or hold her hands and avoid the mosh pit.

When I went to the MCR concert, I went to the mosh pit with a couple of my friends and it wuz lots of fun ( I swear.).

My parents weren't around though. They hate MCR and that really sucks.

More Than likely, yes. You could get Mosh-pitted, Pushed down, tackled, Beat up, etc. You might not want to really let your parents come, mostly if you don't want anything happening to them. Weird things go on at concerts you know.

nicely My Chemical Romance isnt very heavy so the Mosh Pit section is basically gonna be a collection of jumoing, Pushing, And Shoving yet until eventually your attempting to get to the front you wont have a topic staying faraway from it and that i think of it would be secure for teenage women to head to that as long as you reside jointly you will possibly desire to be high-quality im approximately ninety 9.9% valuable your no longer gonna get abducted, Murdered Or Raped There the two it would nicely be enormously secure so basically stick jointly, relax, and experience yourselves

If you have floor seats, you will be totally fine, as long as you don't go wondering around on your own :D Just in case, all of you should keep your mobile phones on you at all times though. You're sooooooooooooooooo lucky you're going to a MCR concert, but I Dunno if I would take my mum to it hahaha. Have a great time! :D

well if you're going to a MCR concert, you're probably standing right? I don't think you'll get lost. If she stays with you in the beginning, I doubt she's going to get lost.

if you're not in the mosh pit then you'll be fine otherwise, yes it will be nearly impossible.... i went to a small high school battle of the bands, and i got separated from my friends, the concert will be at least 150x bigger, i'm not trying to scare you, but you want to know the truth
