you wont get many hits on that =now if you could put bill and hill in your question they would come a runnin sad but true

1) Order the troops to prepare for an immediate withdrawl.
2) Order the generals to get ready for it.
3) Let the Military do it's job for withdrawls (because they know what the hell they're doing, they've done it before).
4) Prepare to finish the Job in Afghanistan.
