A champagne bar should have a wide variety of champagne from different producers and vintages. Also, a champagne bar will probably offer a selection of sparkling wine from around the world. Most importantly, the staff should be educated on what to expect from each champagne -is it fruity or dry, the type of bubbles, the complexity etc. Since most people associate champagne with a special occasion, a champagne bar should have a swanky/romantic atmosphere with a high level of service.

Well Champagne variety and cocktails based on champagne. I have only heard about in conjunction with weddings and not stand alone bars such as wine bars or sakki bars.
