I want to keep my natural waves/curls but get rid of my frizz. Is there a keratin treatment for that?
I like my hair's volume and curl/waviness but I am prone to frizz and am going to the jungle for a few weeks in 100% humidity! I'm going to be on camera a lot for a documentary and want to minimize the frizz! Is there any kind of keratin treatment, etc that will allow me to keep all my curl at the same time? Thanks!
1 AnswerHair8 years agoUK Marriage to US Citizen, Husband took new name after ceremony, how do I take it on too?
My husband and I got married in the UK but I am from the US. Afterwards, he changed his name. I now want to take on his new name (which is not on the original marriage certificate but he has changed his name by Deed Poll in the UK and its now on his passport, etc.)
Can I still use the normal route of taking on a new name after marriage if I show the UK Deed Poll certificate in combination with our UK marriage certificate here in the US? Or does the fact that his new name isn't on the marriage certificate mean that I need to use another route? Thanks!
1 AnswerMarriage & Divorce1 decade agoCheck not honoured after death due to questionable signature?
My father-in-law was intending to give my husband and I a relatively large cheque to assist us with a pressing matter. The next day he had an accident and he ended up signing the cheque in hospital. Due to the state he was in, the signature looks a bit dodgy, and he asked us to write 'signed in hospital bed' under the signature. Unfortunately he passed away a few days later. Now the bank is not honouring the cheque due to a questionable signature. This bank is also responsible for executing the trust he left in his will. They have now frozen his account and we will not be able to apply for funds from the trust (at their discretion) until probate, which could be quite a long time. The two other beneficiaries of his will were aware of this cheque and can vouch they had knowledge of my father-in-law's intention to give it to us. We also have a copy of the letter we mailed him asking him for the money. Do we have any legal right to get them to unfreeze the account and pay that cheque in? It is a matter of great urgency. As the executors of his will, shouldn't the bank have a legal obligation to honour my late father-in-law's wishes?
5 AnswersPersonal Finance1 decade agoMy husband raised a step-daughter with his ex-wife. Now that they too are divorced, who is she to us?
I always struggle with the correct way to term this relation. My husband raised a step-daughter from a young age with his ex-wife. Now that he is divorced and remarried (to me), is she no longer his step-daughter? She is still close with him, like a second father. What is an easy way to refer to this relationship when I talk about our family?

Started feeling sick yesterday. Unbelievably hungry by late afternoon and kept eating and eating - would eat and still be nausceous, then half an hour later I'm hungry again.
Sitting here starving but still slightly nausceous. What is this?
