Is there a way to recall a report?

My two year old is a problem button clicker. Recently I left a question open to attend to a Phone call. On return I found that one of the answers had been reported. There is nothing wrong with the answer. There doesn't seem to be any way to recall the report.

    Hi Glenn B,

    I'm sorry, but there is no way to undo a report. Once content has been report to the Yahoo! Answers Team, that's it, no going back. And please remember that, (I know it's not entirely your fault) reporting inaccurately will lower your influence level when reporting and it can result in a suspension from Yahoo! Answers.

    To answer your question;

    No, there is no way to recall a report. Rest easy though it usually takes two or more people to report a answer before it is removed from the board so chances are the answer was not removed as a erroneous violation. Your ratings for trusted member are only lowered if the answer was removed from the board and then it was found to have not been a violation on appeal. So I would say for this time your two year old did you no harm.

    Not that I know of. Although I know there are ways to recall e-mails etc. If you find a way, let me know. Sending out an unintended report can happen to us all, especially if we have a two year old around.
