Light weights, high reps, lots of stretching, lots of aerobics, balance (bosu) and core training until you are ready to puke. Basically, you want to build a body that:

#1 Can tolerate a lot of practice

#2 Will permit you to play at 80% effort

Check out this website. I had my workout developed by a trainer named Bobby Duval at Club Golf in MD

www.mytpi.com is a great site. I have found it helpful. There are not that may resources out there. Wish I was a personal trainer, here a market that needs to be tapped into.

I am one of those people that finds it hard to stay motivated to work out. I saw the "Build Your Base - 4/24" episode on the Golf Channel. I did those exercises with some additional abs, light bench, and speed stick for about 1 1/2 months. At the end, my swing was very solid and connected.

The key to longevity in golf is strong and supple core muscles. As you growth, you will bulk up so you need to make sure that you stay flexible. Work on keeping your abdominals and lower back in shape because if this breaks down you are stuffed.

I would suggest at looking at Swiss Balls excersises to help with your core and go from there.
