pizza or salad?

im going to a restaurant in a few nights, and i dont know which is better to get pizza or salad. im trying to watch my weight because im getting big, but pizza tastes so good. maybe once and awhile is ok?

    Pizza is really a well balanced meal if eaten in moderation. Eat some salad, then pizza and order you a glass of water with some lemons on the side. It helps break down the fats.

    The first answer is the best. Go for a salad first. Fill up on greens and veggies (not high calorie dressings and cheese and bacon bits). Then have a slice or two of pizza. You'll be full without making a complete hash of any diet.

    In addition, go for spinach in a salad (fiber) as well as peas. Leave the egg off, too.

    Have a nice salad first, and then have 1-2 pieces of pizza. Or throw caution to the wind, and just go for the pizza..LOL.

    If ur trying to watch ur weight i'd suggest the salad and mayb like every month/2 weeks u can eat pizza.

    um try the salad then eat the pizza till ur full not till u cant eat ever again.(fine line)i read on the internet that the best thing 2 do is start to eat last and stop eating after the first person has stopped and use a straw 2 drink

    I would go for pizza. But salad fills you up and makes you fuller so get some salad and a slice will do you good.

    why not get a side salad and have a piece of pizza?

    but if you are truly trying to watch your weight it's not ideal to eat pizza at all so I guess in that case just stick to the salad chubs.

    Of course salad, but you know this already. However, have a small salad and a slice of thin crust pizza. Enjoy

    I prefer a salad to a pizza anyday. And you are correct, you can have alot of things on a salad that aren't really fattening. Just make sure to choose fat free dressings. . .
