Just having some fun OK?
I gifted my lady for Happy Heart day,
and over and over I heard her say,
"Thank you, I love you too" what more could I expect
as she kissed me, grabbed me, and hugged my neck.
"It was nothing my Angel, my Goddess, my dear,
I thought these Diamonds should grace your ears."
There was an issue in some allergic attack
and she asked if we could perhaps take them back.
We returned to the Kiosk, in the depths of the mall
fighting back shoppers, with packages and all.
The clerk at the counter seemed truly quite bored
but managed a smile face as we moved toward,
the vendor who sold me these precious baubles
with which I'd hoped might entice a romp and dawdle.
The vendor/owner of the jewel mart
was initially busy, in his craft and "art",
but stopped long enough to come look, with a sigh
keeping that strange thing clamped to one eye.
"These must be fake", as he looked through his Loop
"No one would give real, so small, even in a group."
As I puddled into embarrassment,
knowing I'd lost what little I'd spent
I choked up a plea, "Please forgive me.
Would you like a frosted Latte, or perhaps herbal tea?
I so wish the 1000 character limit could be lifted
Sigh, to # 3 first. Have you ever noticed that not all posts here strictly seem to be questions? I did add, as Yahoo does, a question mark, and it was a question in the sense of OK.

YES, I could have said "Do you Like it" and added a question mark, which yahoo does anyway, but it was a question, similar to if I'd asked, "Is It OK, That I have some FUN. big sigh, and TY for rakeish
Yep/Nope. Not much different more or less than some of what I find posted here. It was just a break in some moments of sobriety, and so much easier than going to all those darn meetings.
No worries Rev. The water is hard to hit, and even harder to miss, LOLOL. The piece was an abstraction in a distraction.

I liked the beginning until you got to the vender. Wasn't described very smoothly but understood. Too much after thought -kind of went blah-blah-blah but you can blah blah blah to me anytime since I do the same. lol! I wish theyd' lft the word limit also but only in the poetry section couse I enjoy your poetry but strongly dislike when people ramble on and on asking questions about such things as thier hats.-hey, how much info can you give about your hat but people seem to find it in themselves. lol have a yummy day!

I agree with you about the whole 1000 character thing one hundred percent.
But is there a real question here that needs to be answered?
