I believe a good free "course" is http://spanishpod.com/ but I'm not sure how much of a structured course it really is.
Alternatively, I would recommend you invest $100 in Rocket Spanish which is a higher quality course. Although you might have your heart set on a free course, learning with one of these generally takes away your "motivation" to learn. This is nothing personal, it's just something that everyone does...
Because you would have got the course for free, you will not have the value that you would with a paid course. Likewise, with a paid course - because you had to pay for it, you will naturally try and get your money's worth out of it, meaning that you will use it more and try and learn more with it.
That's why I recommend using a paid course such as Rocket Spanish or Rosetta Stone. You're talking $100's but is definitely worth it.

Uhh try :
studyspanish.com
My friend uses it to help him with Spanish at School but I'm pretty sure it helps "Newcomers". If that doesn't work search google. The best Spanish Teacher is "Rosetta Stone" but you have to pay.
