I would think any of the wallpaper stores would have something in their Victorian Books. I have had luck at Home Depot stores. Hot pink is very popular right now but rose and deeper shades of burgundy were more popular in the Victorian era.
Here are some links to view for ideas.

I do not believe any Victorian Wall paper was hot pink, maybe dusty rose but not that color.and I dont know what that word you said for the pictures was! If it is a project research the era and you will find the colors and motiff.

It will make the room appear smaller. All colours stronger than pastels do this, but it depends what you want to do with the room. You should keep the ceiling and the floor light (Cream or "Lamb's Wool" works beautifully with hot pink), so that you don't reduce the room completely. Also remember: You are unlikely to match the paint exactly to the wall-paper (even two batches of paint can come out slightly different.

This one has a lot of hot pink accents in it.
