Typically, ovarian cysts are functional (not disease related) and disappear on their own. During the days preceding ovulation, a follicle grows. At the time of expected ovulation, the follicle fails to rupture and release an egg. Instead of being reabsorbed, the fluid within the follicle persists and forms a cyst. Functional cysts usually disappear within 60 days without treatment and are relatively common. They occur most often during childbearing years (puberty to menopause), but may occur at any time. You can read more about ovarian cysts here

If it is a functional cyst, these usually disappear within 60 days without treatment and are relatively common. Since functional ovarian cysts typically go away without treatment within 1 to 2 menstrual cycles, your dr may recommend a period of observation without treatment to see whether her ovarian cyst gets better or goes away on its own. This would not interfere with getting pregnant.

You can get pregnant with ovarian cysts but it reduces your chances.
Don't think this makes you immune though, it can still happen.
Same goes for if you're trying to get pregnant; it's quite possible.
You can have surgery to remove them if they become a problem but they're very common. In the US, ovarian cysts are found in nearly all premenopausal women, and in up to 14.8% of postmenopausal women. The incidence of ovarian carcinoma is approximately 15 cases per 100,000 women per year.
Normally the cysts aren't harmful at all and disappear naturally. If you have PCOS (PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome) that's a little more complicated and isn't curable but you will STILL be able to get pregnant with PCOS. It's just harder.

You can still get pregnant. I had a very bad problem with ovarian cysts for many years and had no trouble conceiving either of my daughters.

Depends whats causing the cysts!
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal imbalance which means you don't ovulate regularly. That would obvious mean you aren't as fertile because you need an egg to be present in order for fertilisation to occur.
Endometriosis (which I have) can also cause cysts, and also problems with fertility because of blocked tubes, adhesions and other physical barriers to conception and implantation. I still managed to conceive my son though!
You need to talk to a Fertility Specialist about whats causing your cysts and what impact it might have on your fertility.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great method to get pregnant fast:

Once infertility has been diagnosed, there are a number of treatment options available depending on the root cause of the problem. Learn here https://tr.im/urzCs
Infertility is a condition defined as not being able to become pregnant after at least one year of unprotected, regular, well-timed intercourse. Women who suffer from multiple miscarriages may also be diagnosed as infertile. Infertility may be classified into two groups, primary and secondary infertility.
