Yes, there is a strong case against him. But don't worry he'll be saved at the 11th hour, probably by Carly so she can redeem herself for abandoning her children.

I think that it is sooooooo messed up that Parker will be tried as as adult. He kept on telling Jack and Carly that there was something wrong with Sam, but nobody believed him. He just wanted to protect his mom...He didn't necessarily go to Metro to kill Sam but to use as a warning to leave his mother alone!

No it doesn't surprise me due to Parker's anger towards Sam. He got the gun from the farm and has repeatedly said he wanted Sam dead when he was attacking Carly. He's old enough to know right from wrong, so no, this doesn't surprise me.

They shouldn't charge him as an adult. I don't think it will go into a trial because eventually it may come to light that someone else (probably Kit) was the one to fire the other bullet, and that was the bullet the killed Sam.
